My Client is a global leading Big 4 Firm based in Birmingham who is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to join their fast-growth team, a great place to develop and further your career. Working with a varied client base from large listed corporates to venture backed start-ups, the Tax Manager will help clients meet complex tax reporting demands, planning, strategy and controversy.

Your new role
As the Corporate Tax Manager you will be supporting clients in planning, financial accounting and tax compliance by structuring transactions and operations to maximise tax efficiencies. This includes helping clients to mitigate tax risk and comply with tax laws through continual change. As the Corporate Tax Manager you will be building client relationships ensuring quality of service is delivered and winning work along with contributing to winning new clients. You will successfully deliver on technically complex and demanding projects and support junior staff to ensure quality of service to clients. There will be ongoing management of the team, developing and mentoring for career progression of junior staff.

What you'll need to succeed
The Corporate Tax Manager will be ACA/ACCA/CA/CTA qualified experienced in corporate tax and tax accounting within a large accountancy Firm or Law Firm. Strong communication skills required to develop and maintain client relationships, network effectively across the Firm and develop a team.
