SJC Partners are currently looking for a talented graduate for a Performance Partner Analyst role with a highly entrepreneurial and fast paced Investment Business in the heart of Manchester to work closely with partners of the business and ensure they deliver optimum performance.

More Specifically, responsibilities will cover:
- Supporting the servicing partner in delivering positive customer engagement
- Attend and actively participate in all monthly review meetings
- Analyse and interpret MI to drive process improvements
- Work with 1st and 2nd line assurance teams to understand the output of their independent conduct testing programme.
- Support the Partner Managers in compiling and completing necessary remedial actions with external partners in a timely manner.
- Manage day-to-day account level queries across the partner network, engaging with other teams (e.g. Business Operations, Technical Operations, Operational Analytics etc.) as necessary.

You will be a recent graduate with strong Excel skills (this is critical to the performance analyst piece) furthermore numerical skills. Given the interaction with numerous stakeholders, you will be comfortable in presenting and influencing at a high level.

This represents an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to gain both commercial experience and stakeholder management in a fast paced investment business.
