Our retained client based in Liverpool city centre is looking to recruit a part qualified Financial Accountant
- Responsibility for:
- The preparation of the Group and subsidiary financial statements
- Prepare and review monthly group reconciliations under IFRS
- Prepare bank covenant reporting in line with Facilities Agreement
- Maintain external interest and hedging spreadsheet
- Review monthly divisional management accounts submissions and reconciliations
- Consolidate monthly divisional submissions for Group MI pack
- Assist with acquisition integration of newly-acquired companies
- Perform ad hoc finance projects as and when required
