Description
As Management Accountant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Producing monthly management accounts, ensuring the balance sheet is fully reconciled
- Supporting with the production of annual budgets
- Supporting with the production of quarterly forecasts
- Producing weekly flash reports
- Regular monitoring of cash flow
- Ad hoc project work
- Ad hoc financial analysis and support to key stakeholders
- Support to transactional finance team
- Deputising for Head of Finance when required
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent
- Management Accounting/Financial Reporting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience within an SME environment
- Ability to support and challenge business decisions and influence key decision makers
- Energy and enthusiasm for process improvement and to implement change
- Proactive mindset
- Team player
