Head of Finance

As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the day to day running on the finance department, which will include managing a small team, as well as being a key part of the Management Team, playing a pivotal role in the growth of the business. You will be the right hand person to the Managing Director.

Description

- Managing a small finance team including training and development

- Monthly management accounts

- Financial analysis and reporting - highlighting business opportunities and mitigating risk

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Key point of contact for Auditors

- Driving continuous improvements

- Key member of the Management Team responsible for growing the business in line with the business strategy

Profile

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

- Strong experience of management accounts and leading a finance department

- Good analytical mind set and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels

- Previous experience of managing and/or supervising junior staff with a desire to support learning and encourage development

- Ambitious and willingness to achieve

- Passionate about making a difference

Job Offer

£45-50,000 + benefits
