Your new role
The finance business analyst thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate business information to multiple stakeholders including senior management. You will work closely with the business and finance function to gather financial and business data across multiple EU and Non-EU locations and systems, analysing and reporting financial information and metrics on a timely basis and in line with the financial calendar. You will take the lead in the development of processes and reporting improvements, to drive simplification and automation, designing and developing dashboards used to support business decisions.
- Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Experience of working with a range of multiple ERPs and financial consolidations tools, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proficient in MS Excel and VBA
- Experience of working with data visualisation tools, Power BI
- Ability to communicate across various levels and has strong stakeholder management skills
What you'll need to succeed
You be on the path to your CIMA Qualification, this could be early stages or part way through. You should have some exposure to financial or business analysis and looking to work for an organisation that can offer upward career development.
