My client is successful privately owned Manufacturing Company that is looking to recruit a Finance Director.
As a key member of the management team, you’ll play in central role in all aspects of commercial decision making.
Responsibilities include:
- Advise the Management team on all areas of financial performance.
- Ongoing development of company strategy.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
- Implement and develop financial systems.
- Leadership and development of the finance team.
- Maintain key relationships with third parties
- Develop the quality of all financial and management reporting..
- Manage all aspects of IT.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of working in a financial leadership role in an Manufacturing environment. You will be commercially focused with excellent leadership skills and a collaborative approach to decision making.
