Senior Finance Analyst - Risk

Fantastic opportunity for new/recently qualified finance professional to join one of The Midlands top employers.

This role requires stakeholder engagement at senior levels within the company's external supply base and up to senior management level internally. You'll be highly competent in building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships up to board level whilst working on and scrutinising accounts, financial analysis, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Global Purchasing to help minimise risk.
* Support existing governance forum in the Supplier Risk team.
* Lead supplier review meetings providing financial support when requested.
* Undertake and manage ad-hoc project work.
* Undertake financial review of new and existing suppliers.

Requirements:
* Qualified Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
* Strong financial analytical skill: statutory accounts, financial analysis, budgets and forecasts.
* Commercial Awareness - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
* Good business partnering and communication skills, and the ability to present clearly and confidently to Senior Management and various departments.
* Understanding/knowledge of insolvency.
