Graduate Audit and Accounts Trainee

An independent award winning firm of Chartered Accountants, Auditors and Tax Associates, based in Maidenhead has a fabulous opportunity for a Degree Educated Audit and Accounts Trainee. As an Audit and Accounts Trainee, this role will provide an exciting opening into the world of Accountancy, whilst receiving training to gain the ACA Accountancy qualification, with the right demonstration of aptitude, work ethic and ambition.

Key Requirements of the Audit and Accounts Trainee include :

Support on audit-based assignments as required by the partners
Draft preparation of year end financial statements under FRS102-1A and FRS105 for a diverse range of clients including LTD Co., sole traders and partnerships
Computations for corporation tax (CT600) and submission to the HMRC
General bookkeeping for clients
 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Degree Educated student to join a strong and growing Audit and Accounts function as an Audit and Accounts Trainee, in a dynamic and encouraging environment.

You will be computer literate with strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook and have an excellent telephone manner, with good organisational and communication skills.

In return the successful applicant will receive a salary of circa £22k and the scope for formal training in Accountancy and the opportunity to develop your skills in this field.
