Audit and Accounts Manager

The Audit and Accounts Manager will prepare accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders across various sectors and will meet on-site with clients.

Based in Kings Lynn, this firm acts for wide ranging, varied client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, OMBs, SMEs, across varied industries and turnovers, up to and over the audit threshold in turnover, with some significant sized corporate clients. You will have opportunity to develop your skills and career, in a leading independent firm in the region with client contact and potential to develop new technical skills.

Description

Joining as an Audit and Accounts Manager, based in the firms Kings Lynn office, you role will focus on audit delivery and accounts preparation to a mixed and varied client base of sole traders, partnerships, OMBs and SMEs, wide ranging in sector and size. The client base will be weighted more heavily on the smaller OMB and SME client range, under the audit threshold in turnover, with a smaller element of audit and larger client work. The role offers increasing responsibility, with potential for involvement in project work as your progress within the firm and you will have opportunity to develop your technical accounting skills, with increasing client contact and clear path on offer to progress in level, within this highly successful firm.

Profile

You may be ACA / ACCA recently qualified, as an Audit and Accounts Manager, or similar level, with at least 5 years, or ideally more, experience, gained within the accountancy practice sector, within an accounting firm of any size, from Top Tier, through to small independent firm background. You will be looking to further your career in a leading Kings Lynn based firm of chartered accountants, offering progression and development for your career.

Job Offer

£40,000 - circa £50,000 dependent on experience, background and level, plus benefits.
