FP&A Manager

Partner Financial are working with an international, PE backed FinTech company based in Central London. Operating across 70 countries with 3 million customers this vibrant, entrepreneurial firm is striving to solidify itself as the market leader, with extensive investment across global markets. This is an exciting time for the business and the FP&A Manager will be pivotal to the firm achieving its uncompromising expansion strategy by delivering real insight on the financial data.

Reporting to the Global Head of FP&A and working closely with the Corporate Development team, Treasurer and CFO, this opportunity has been newly created to deliver both the financial and commercial agenda. You will be commercially minded, an independent thinker and someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys facing off to senior stakeholders.

Key Deliverables:

• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycle globally in Europe and developing countries;
• Managing and building financial models used for driving pricing strategies;
• Monthly financial and operational reporting to the Board and shareholders to provide visibility on financial numbers;
• Building and monitoring dashboards measuring KPI’s and key performance metrics;
• Producing weekly, monthly and annual reporting with commentary;
• Supporting the development of the new finance system.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA);
• An inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement;
• FP&A and advanced financial modelling experience within a high growth and fast-paced environment;
• Strong team player and efficient communicator.
