The firm has an excellent opportunity to work in a newly created role for a Global E-Billing Manager to lead the e-billing teams in Glasgow and Brisbane. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to Ashurst' clients, partners, and colleagues. You will shape the team and service offering, implement best practices and new processes and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage and motivate the team, manage end-to-end e-billing processes, drive standardisation of operations, and establish positive working relationships with key stakeholders. Your role will ensure that full compliance with Ashurst regulatory requirements and internal policies are adhered to.

Applicants should have previous experience of e-billing processes in a legal or professional services environment. You will have a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor high performing teams. You will have a proactive and self-motivated work ethos. You will have strong problem solving and analytical skills, be proactive, innovative and results-oriented. You will be able to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment. You will know e-billing, file formats (LEDES) and e-billing file delivery via the E-billing HUB
