Marks Sattin is delighted to working with a multinational company based in Manchester to assist them with their recruitment for a Part Qualified or Qualified VAT Analyst to join the Finance team on a ongoing contract. The role will be based at their office in Manchester City Centre.
About the role:
The successful candidate will support the European VAT team to ensure all VAT returns are completed correctly and on time for multiple EMEA countries. They will be heavily involved with the improvement of current procedures and the creation of new procedures.
Duties will include:
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly VAT returns
- Assist in VAT audits
- Provide training and advice to key stakeholders on Tax and VAT issues
About you:
- Part or Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience within an SSC environment
- Experience in using SAP
- Excellent Excel skills (including vlookups and pivot tables)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced VAT Analyst to join an already successful team on an interim basis
