Interim Group Finance Manager - 6 month - £500p/day Inside IR35

Interim Group Finance Manager - 6 month - £500p/day Inside IR35 - Hybrid/London working.

This role reports into the Group Financial Controller and will be rolling contract for 6 months with a January start. The role is Inside IR35 and will be paying between £400 - £500p/day.

There is a potential for the role to go permanent for the right person, but there are two seperate searches so those only looking for Interim will still be considered.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of external reporting, technical accounting, commercial accounting as well as liaison with auditors and the CFO.

The key requirements include:

• ACA qualified from the Big 4, or alternatively ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3 years' PQE in industry,
• Strong IFRS knowledge,
• Experience in an AIM listed or main market business, and can support with Year End reporting and preparing the annual report,
• M&A reporting experience would be desirable but not essential,
• Preparation of finance papers, and support with the group accounting policy,
• Hybrid working between London and WFH with an expected 3 days in the office,
• Available to start a new role in January,
