Management Accountant

Hands on Finance Manager required for a lovely SME based on the Hampshire-Surrey Boarder

Your new company
Established SME with a recognisable range of products seek to appoint a hands on management accountant in a broad role with oversight for their end to end financial records.

Your new role
Working closely with the senior leadership team and the part time Financial Controller you will maintain oversight for financial control and reporting requirements in addition to the producing management insights which drives decisions across the business. You will support a team of 2 and produce the monthly management reporting pack, oversee cash-flow forecasting and a range of statutory obligations. You will work on a range of internal projects aimed at improving the finance function whilst analysing key KPIs which provides the leadership team insight on which products are performing in order to maximise profitability.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hands on accountant, ideally qualified with consideration given to those soon to complete their studies. You will bring a broad range of skills across financial and management reporting and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
