Cognisant Search is currently supporting a growing property developer that is looking to recruit a Finance Director with fund raising experience.
Your role will be to raise debt finance to support the growth and development of the business.
You will have a proven track record of raising finance and an enviable network of contacts in this area. In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the company, alongside the Managing Director and have an oversight of all commercial financial matters.
Your role will challenge and support all board members and deputise for the Managing Director in their absence. You will also manage and develop the finance team and ensure accurate and meaningful information is provided to support the business.
