Group Finance Director required for an SME financial services business based in Buckinghamshire (with a flexible, hybrid working model). Reporting to the CEO of the group's parent company, you will serve as one third of the UK SMT. The role is very broad encompassing the running of finance, treasury, credit, legal, HR & IT. You will use your experience, energy, skill and financial insight to drive strategy, meet financial and legal obligations, maintain best practice reporting, procedures and policies, and support the business with risk and compliance
The successful Group Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years PQE. Having a background in leasing and funding will be a distinct advantage to be able to provide insight and add value quickly.
