CFO - Real Estate Investment Management

A high growth Real Estate Investment Fund with a focus on sustainability requires a talented CFO with expertise in fund finance and structuring.

As part of the management team and working closely with the Partners of this progressive Fund, a CFO is required who can help improve finance control, process and reporting, delivering much more focused management information and insight to the firm. Managing and shaping a small core team, the CFO will lead on the annual reporting process for the private equity firm and its associated legal holdings, liaising with third parties and also ensuring that the best possible tax-efficient structures are in place. 

The CFO will be a personable and engaging individual who think and acts commercially and who has the technical rigour and aptitude to create a best-practice fund finance environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. 

You will either currently be the CFO of an investment fund where you have driven change, or be an experienced and ambitious senior finance leader working in a larger fund looking to make their first step into a number 1 CFO role. Real Estate Fund experience preferred but not essential.
