Based in London our client seeks an Investment & Strategic Partnerships Analyst to join their commercial team on a permanent basis.

This job would suit an enthusiastic individual with an excellent attention to detail who can work well in a fast-paced environment and gain exposure to a broad range of company workstreams. They will play a central role is helping to develop the business as they undergo an intense growth period.

Our client is embarking on a fast-growing journey with exciting technology in the waste management sector which will enable us to recycle all types of plastic with the first commercial plant being constructed and further projects under development in Germany and the USA.

The successful individual will be fluent in English and at least one other major European Language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish), with strong academics - 2:1 / equivalent or above. Strong excel and PowerPoint skills, with financial modelling experience in DCF/NPV valuation. A minimum or 2 years' experience in an investment professional environment is desired.

Job responsibilities:

Conduct technoeconomic analyses regarding various investment options and plant configurations Evaluate potential project sites from a commercial perspective Identify and monitor project risks Perform project level due diligence on key agreements Prepare required financing documents for investors and lenders Will be responsible / involved in the development of detailed financial models to accurately value investment opportunities for projectsPreparing company presentations and Information Memorandum for strategic and financing purposes Drafting investment papers putting forward key risks, mitigations, and investment recommendationsUndertaking market research on competitive activities, new products, and industry trends
