Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global brand with their search for a Finance Transition Manager, supporting with the offshoring of Finance Shared Service duties.

You will be working closely with senior leadership individuals to successfully transfer duties out of the UK and in to the BPO Provider, ensuring transition methodology is adhered to. You will be responsible for the project timeline, budget and quality, ensuring there is minimal disruption to the wider business.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a detailed project plan
• Capture risks and issue, mitigating where possible
• Manage the project to cost, time and quality.
• Manage allocated workstreams in line with the plan and ensure their deliverables are met
• Co-ordinate and drive weekly status calls and reporting required for the project
• Report allocated work stream transition status into program reporting
• Manager knowledge transfer between existing team members and the BPO provider
• Work with local and central stakeholders and ensuring everyone is kept well-informed with accurate and timely status of the project
