Halliday Marx have partnered with a mid sized accounting practice to recruit a Italian/Spanish speaking Senior Accountant on an permanent basis. This role is fully working in the office and will be reporting to the partner.
Responsibilities;
- Review of Bookkeeping work prepared by assistants;
- Review of VAT returns and computations prepared by assistants;
- Preparation of infra-annual Management Accounts
- Preparation of infra-annual reporting packages;
- Preparation of year end Accounts (the use of IRIS software would be a plus);
- Preparation of Corporation Tax Returns (the use of IRIS software would be a plus);
- (Optional) preparation of Consolidated Accounts;
- (Optional) tax/accounting Advisory work.
- Managing 3 associates
About the Successful Candidate;
- Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, SAICA or equivalent)
- Fluent in either Italian or Spanish
- Excellent at building client relationships
- Strong team player
- Outstanding attention to detail
