Your new role
As Senior Finance Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Director to make the financials meaningful and will be able to contribute both commercially and strategically to the decision making process.

As Senior Finance Manager your role will include:

Leading the finance team (currently 3)
Oversee the preparation, presentation and submission of the weekly, monthly, and annual Group Financial reports, budgets and forecasts
Financial reporting
Ensure legal and statutory financial compliance
Accurate, timely and consistent finance reporting
Management of the company's payroll function
Continued development of the finance processes
Pro-active attitude to Financial Control of the Business
Manage, train and develop the finance team

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will gained broad accounting experience and already have managed a small team/ Any experience gained from the construction sector or within a project driven business will be an advantage.


What you'll get in return
£60-65,000 + Hybrid Working + On site Parking + Bonus + Pension + Other Benefits
