Your new company
I am currently working with a fast growing recruitment business based in London but with a global presence who are looking to make their first full time finance hire in London. This is a company with fantastic growth potential and offers the chance for career progression and promotions to the right individual.

Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Manage day to day finance operations including management of international outsource function
• Lead month and year-end close processes
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Process, controls and systems improvements
• Supporting executive board to execute business plans and shape strategic direction of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven recruitment sector knowledge, within a contract focused recruitment business. You will need international pay and bill exposure and good people management/development skills.
