Finance Manager, Hybrid, East Grinstead
Your new company
Our fast growing SME client is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to work closely with the Head of Finance.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a team of management accountants and accounts support staff. You will prepare the monthly management accounts and reporting results. Develop weekly cost centre reporting for cost management and forecasting. Manage reporting and analysis of Sales and Gross Profit by cost centre and client Responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations. Assist the Head of Finance with preparation of annual budget. Provide detailed budget variance analysis and manage the preparation of quarterly reforecasts. Act as a finance business partner for various stakeholders. Responsible for the intercompany reporting and group profit share analysis
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant with strong management accounting / finance business partnering skills with previous experience of developing, managing, and motivating a finance team. Ability to work to tight reporting deadlines and effectively manage own workload and workload of a team. Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external customers with both finance and non-finance backgrounds
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid role, 50% office based, 50% working from home, salary £45000 - £55000 depending in experience though they may consider an increase on this.
