Great opportunity for an ambitious individual to begin their their leadership journey whilst adding value and overseeing the full transactional finance function.

● Managing the transactional finance team on a daily basis ● Continuous development of the team members ● Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships ● Maintaining confidential customer information ● Working with other department managers and team leaders ● Continuous process improvements ● Implement company initiatives across the finance function ● Lead projects across the finance department ● Assist with Quarterly SOX testing ● Assist with management accounts and statutory reporting during busy periods ● Ad hoc duties


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who is ambitious, career-driven & motivated to drive a department forward. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment and be confident in challenging old processes and presenting fresh new ideas. You will have advance Excel skills and experience of ERP systems..
