Newly created Finance Analyst opportunity reporting to the FP&A Manager. This is a varied role involved in budget and forecasting processes, financial analysis, business partnering key stakeholders and analytics project work. You will join a collaborative team, and become a valued team member from day one.

My client is a global professional services business, with a large finance hub based in Leeds. They look after their employees and encourage a healthy work life balance, as well as offering fantastic development and progression opportunities. Due to recent success, they are now looking to recruit a new Finance Analyst in the FP&A team, to support an increased workload and growth in the team.
Description
As Finance Analyst, your duties will include:
- Supporting the FP&A Manager in the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the financial planning cycle
- Providing support for the UK region's monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Group
- Liaising with Group Finance and colleagues internationally to ensure alignment of accounting policies and delivery of timely and accurate information.
- Maintenance of the budgeting/forecasting tool
- Strategic development of the company's BI and reporting functionality
- Business partnering senior finance leaders to support with key business decision making
- Identifying opportunities to improve and develop BI solutions
- Ad hoc project work and support on company initiatives
- Ad hoc support to wider finance team
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Used to working in a changing and fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated business partnering skills- ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Enthusiasm and commitment
