Qualified Accountant (Agriculture Specialist)

You would be leading and developing a small team of part and newly qualified accountants while being the main point of contact for a large portfolio of agriculture clients.

Description

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of agriculture and farming clients, taking overall responsibility for client relationship management

Identify challenges to your clients and advise solutions to add value to your service.

You will be a technical expert within agriculture and utilise opportunities to share knowledge and expertise to increase overall performance of the team

You will also ensure that everyone in your team is has the skills needed to deliver the best service, career opportunities and working environment

You will conduct performance checks and set objectives to ensure optimum performance

Profile

• ACA or ACCA Qualified
• 5+ years of practice experience
• Experience working with agricultural and farming clients
• Management experience is desirable
• Ability to build relationships
