Own the reconciliation and control of inventory at site supporting with process improvement and compliance

Client Details

Market leading Global FMCG business with a production site in Lincoln

Description


  • Support the local controls in partnership with financial control to ensure compliance to the processes and to hold the production teams accountable to the compliance.
  • Drive the adoption of weekly cycle counting and ensure the process operates within the spirit of the SOX control.
  • Partner the operations teams on inventory process management to ensure SOX compliance
  • Execute the Fixed asset audit within the UK site
  • Support the finance manager with ad-hoc projects relating to the system and integration / adoption across the site.

    • Profile

    Qualified or QBE accountant with strong controls skills and experience of Manufacturing accounting.

    Comfortable with 3 days in Lincoln and 2 from home

    Job Offer

    12 month contract at 50-53k plus bonus, pension. 3 days on site, 2 from home
