This forward thinking advisory focussed firm of Chartered Accountants based in South Manchester / Cheshire are looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Manager to join their tight knit firm. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotions and organic growth within the firm and is an excellent opportunity for an ACA / ACCA qualified audit professional.

Your new role
As an Audit Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of OMBs and group structures for which you will be responsible for providing and overseeing accounts, audit and advisory services. Day to day you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, setting and monitoring budgets, WIP and recovery, leading and reviewing the work of your team and leading client meetings. The firm are keen to progress audit managers and there is the opportunity to gain your RI status within this role.

What you'll need to succeed
The partners are seeking a well rounded ACA / ACCA qualified audit professional who is experienced operating in a managerial capacity within either a Top 10 Firm or a general practice which are also registered auditors. You will ideally be able to demonstrate experience of managing an OMB portfolio and be comfortable managing a team of accountants.

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi task.
