Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Finance on an initial 12 month contract
Client Details
Our client is a market leader in their field
Description
The role will entail but will not be exclusive to:
- Liaise with wider finance group to achieve group-wide deliverables around working capital management
- Ensure a robust reporting and control framework is in place to help deliver sales and profit targets
- Collate Management Information on a weekly basis and for monthly and quarterly period reviews
- Undertake strategic and tactical financial analysis, modelling, and evaluation to support the business in decision making
- Lead budgeting and re-forecasting process
- Maintain an awareness of market and financial trends, identifying opportunities to increase income
Profile
The successful candidate requires as a minimum:
- Professional accountancy qualification, CIMA, ICAS, ACCA, etc
- Experience leading a finance function
- Strong business partner relationship skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adept at implementing new financial process and procedures
Having worked in the FMCG sector would be advantageous
