Pricing Manager, based in Essex with Hybrid working

Your new role

• Engage directly with employees (primarily Sales, Marketing and Finance teams) to assess, develop, implement and monitor pricing strategies
• Conduct periodic market and pricing analysis, employing appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods
• Perform continuous in-depth competitor and customer analysis to evaluate our pricing strategies, and in-depth analysis of competitor and customer behavior to our price changes
• Carry out segmentation of our offerings to further analyze and inform pricing strategies
• Develop our pricing tool(s) to execute and effectively monitor our pricing strategies and pricing performance
• Establish pricing deal form(s) across our products and European markets to implement with our standard customers and across our commercial organisation, considering inflation, indexation, exchange rates and discounts, to drive our minimum acceptable deal profit contribution
• Take ownership and maintain our pricing playbook and pricing list, adjusting for external market pricing dynamics and internal tactical and strategical growth ambition

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in pricing analysis, partnering marketing and sales/commercial teams
• Knowledge of pricing a diverse number of products and solutions to drive market share growth and profitability
• Ability to apply a diverse number of pricing strategies to products routing to market through direct customers, distributors, and resellers
• Highly skilled in large data manipulation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, including pricing and modelling
• Exposure to working with a diverse type of commercial contracts and terms
• Experienced working with financial metrics and profitability analysis
• Strong business partner with excellent influencing and communicating skills at all levels
• Highly advanced experience in working with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and VBA
• Experience of working with a range of multiple ERPs, and Salesforce (CRM)
