Systems Accountant, can be 100% Remote

Our public sector client is looking to recruit a Systems Accountant for a 100% remote role for 3 - 6 months.

Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of Agresso. Maintain expertise and identify opportunities for system developments to meet business needs, including specifying requirements and engaging with users. Plan and lead financial system development projects and/or contribute to projects that are of relevance to the finance function. Ensure core controls are maintained and assist the Accountants with extracting data. Provide a help desk function and develop and deliver user training. Support the Head of Finance and Finance Managers in identifying new and more efficient ways of working and delivery of service development projects

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant with strong systems skills ideally with Agresso or another EPR system. Ability to provide guidance and advice on the systems to the wider finance team.
