Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Taking the lead partnering role within the Finance team to provide finance business partnering support to a range of budget holders
• Providing a monthly suite of financial and non-financial reporting based on the organisation's activities and other management reports to SMT
• Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Supporting the Head of Finance in ensuring clear activity plans and the financial budget
• Producing reports for DCMS as required

The successful candidate will:

• Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven post qualification experience in a finance business partnering role
• Have experience working in the arts, museums, government bodies or charity space
• Be an advanced user of Excel, with strengths getting the best out of IT systems to support planning and reporting needs

This role falls inside of IR35. The organisation is working to a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
