FP&A Analyst (Real Estate)

Your new company
Working for a Real Estate business with a portfolio that has grown massively in the last year, the company are on a positive trajectory, actually completing on significant deals in the last 6 months with a strong pipeline.
The company are looking to add senior talent to a strategic finance function.

Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, this role operates as a Senior position and involves deep analysis of business drivers, and C-Suite level business partnering across the group.
Duties

• Ownership of models supporting business growth plans and large scale investments
• Enhance visibility of revenue streams to enhance cross selling opportunities
• Reinforce the quality and accuracy of financial information going out to the business
• Implement dashboarding

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant trained in a large business or Top 10 firm as ACA, CIMA, CFA, with demonstrable experience delivering financial insights to the business. This is a high growth PE backed business and therefore direct Real Estate experience will be an advantage.
