Financial Systems Senior Manager - Swindon based with hybrid working and a salary on offer of up to £46,000pa
Hays are working alongside a well known and established UK Brand based in Swindon offering hybrid working and fantastic benefits. I am recruiting for a Financial Systems Senior Manager on a permanent role with an anticipated start date to be as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain and develop the financial systems and related interfaces for the business/customers.
- manage and develop business strategy for the financial systems, MI and reporting tools.
- Analysis of performance and reporting to the Senior Finance Management Team
- Play an active part within the Finance Business Continuity Planning Team
- Training and development of more junior staff members
- Ensuring that back up protocols and disaster recovery tests are conducted and firmly in place.
- Project management across the Finance Team and the wider business.
- management of new systems implementation.
- Transmission of BACS payments and Salary files.
