Senior Finance Business Partner

Seeking a hardworking and driven individual to join the financial integrations team. This role will assume responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of business partner support.

Description

We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual to join the financial integrations team. This role will assume responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of business partner support for practices within their remit.

The role will partner closely with the M&A Managers & Integration Managers aligned to their practices and will involve giving support and mentoring the assistant business partners assigned to their practices

The role will be responsible for management through to delivery of the integration of their practices. This includes Mid Treatment Apportionments, Completion Accounts, Trading Accounts, Net Working Capital calculations, Finance Training for practice colleagues, P&Ls, KPIs, banking controls, capex analysis and pay schedules for the clinicians in their area.

• Lead the end-to-end finance integration process for acquired sites within their remit

• Act as a business partner for M&A managers and Integration Managers as part of the integration process

• Build relationships with our new practices, the colleagues and the vendors and act as the financial advisor for the practice during the integration period

• Understand the practice performance: strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement. Create action plans with the integration managers to overcome any issues during the integration period

• Review the monthly P&Ls in your remit, highlighting key variances to plan to the senior finance team

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process

• Work on completion deliverables such as Mid Treatment Apportionments and Completion Accounts Reviews

• Contribute to the senior management of the team for the Integration function

• Complete ad-hoc requests from the Integrations Senior Finance Manager, M&A Managers and Integration Managers

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate delivery of critical information of a high standard to tight deadlines, be able to develop good relationships with non-financial teams including the ability to influence upwards and the ability to step back from the day to day and take a strategic view.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven ability to deliver monthly financial reporting suite
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Results driven with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced business
• Strong IT skills; especially in Excel
