Description
As the Interim Head of Financial Control, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective and accurate delivery of key and timely financial information. The Interim Head of Financial Control will lead the finance team and will work closely with the Senior Management Team and drive forward continuous improvement activities.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managing the overall operational finance team
- Monthly management reporting and month end process
- Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Controls and compliance review, ensuring any remedial improvements are implemented
- Leading change activity including process improvement initiatives
- Leading and developing all aspects of the financial controls framework
Profile
- A Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- A proven track record of effective leadership and development
- The ability to engender trust and forge effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Sound influencing and communication skills
