FP&A Manager

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a private equity backed Worcestershire based business who are looking for an FP&A Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a great time to join the business as they strengthen the team with the addition of this senior role.

Reporting into the CFO and working very closely with them, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis to different stakeholders within the business. You will also be responsible for producing accurate rolling forecasts for use by the CFO.

As well as this, you will be responsible for the following:

Development of KPIs to help with growth of a division
Improving budgeting and forecasting
Development of financial models
Business performance reporting
Analysis and reporting on trends
Implementation of business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be comfortable operating at a fast pace in a business where you will really be able to drive change. My client is ideally looking for an individual who has the desire and determination to progress to Finance Director.
