SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established Worcestershire based manufacturing business who are looking for a Group Accountant on a permanent basis.
The business in question is in a strong position and expects further growth through the course of the year.
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following amongst other things:
- Group consolidation and inter-company reporting
- Preparation of financial statements and tax calculations
- Maintain and develop the group consolidation software
- Support the audit process
- Support group treasury requirements
- Ensure all accounting standards are analysed and implemented
- Analysis of group performance
- Manage the statutory accounts process
- Delivery and development of Internal audits
- Ad-Hoc project work
This role would suit a first time mover from practice who is technically minded and looking for a good move into industry.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will be looking for a business that will provide you with personal development and progression.
