Are you a finance analyst / business analyst / commercial analyst looking to join a business that can provide you with reward, variety, challenge and exciting career progression opportunity?

This is a role focused on added value activity and commercially-focused projects. The business is experiencing major growth and predicts impressive expansion over the next 3 - 5 years. They are looking for someone with high ambition and high energy able to step up into a more senior leadership role in the next 2 - 3 years.

You will ideally have a strong academic record (including a degree) and have spent the last 2-5 years within a business facing analytical role.

• The role will initially focus on drilling down into the data and interpreting the information for the commercial and operational teams.
• You’ll be looking at forecasts, pricing decisions, margin analysis, sales, promotions and product performance MI, stock data…
• It’s a modern, tech-led business with an extremely broad range of products and wide base of customers… so tons of data to slice and dice!
• You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to develop the models and reports whilst also enjoying support from the Head of Commercial.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to be chained to their desk… once the data has been interpreted your role is getting out into the business to inform and influence decision making…

You’ll be playing a key role in setting pricing, influencing promotional activity, supply chain decisions, product diversification selections, cost control and margin discussions…

• A strong academic record including relevant degree.
