Your new company
Our client is a industry leading Pharmaceutical Company based in the heart of London. They are looking to hire a Finance Director to join there growing team after an extremely impressive past couple of years.
In this role you will be able to make positive change in the world. This will be through their complex and highly efficient products, In which will be able to deliver the most innovative process to countries that have historically had limited access to these life changing treatments.
Your new role
This role reports directly to the board, in which is made up a truly impressive team who have had established and vibrant careers. This role sits within a very creative and entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for the operational flow of the finance function as well as being involved in more senior level work, such as budgeting & forecasting, analysing and financial planning for new ventures.
What you'll need to succeed
This role an established career and understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and offer hands-on expertise to the challenges and opportunities of the current climate. You will manage direct reports and be astute to new business initiatives. You will ideally be an industry trained qualified accountant with experience a team management role in the pharmaceutical or Biotech space.
