Description
- Manage a small team of 3
- Be a business partner to the CEO in all matters related to accounting, reporting, tax, finance and treasury
- In charge of budgeting and forecasting on company level
- Ensure that the global finance community understands UK specifics such as Brexit
- Responsible for coordinating internally the import/exports activities together with the Commercial Department
- Oversees the group accounting activities which includes inter-company accounting, financial and managerial reporting, balance sheet and income statement management, construction contracts accounting, foreign currency and forex hedging and accounting
- Ensure tax compliance, transfer pricing & timely reporting to HMRC
- Responsible for monthly booking of payroll
- Ensuring that risk and internal controls are adhered to
- Responsible to oversee and actively participate in the month-end closing process.
- Actively drive finance transformation
- In charge of both internal and external audits
- Responsible for preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts.

Profile
- More than 7 years of related work experience in multinational business
- Understanding of project business
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting
- Experience in audits
- Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
