A leading independent firm of chartered accountants are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant for their Chorley office. Your new role
In this Chorley based semi senior accountant job you will be responsible for producing year end accounts for predominately limited companies but also sole traders and partnerships through to a review stage and making amendments. You will work with clients with turnovers into the millions and will produce accounts under both FRS102A and FRS105. On top of this, you will be involved with corporate tax work and management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this Chorley based Semi Senior Accountant job you must have experience working for an accountancy practice. You will have experience of preparing year end accounts and ideally be able to use different IT and Accounting systems such as IRIS and Xero. In this role you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and take responsibility in the role. The firm strives themselves upon their client-focused approach, therefore you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £24,000 dependent on experience and will provide study support for ACCA, ACA or AAT.
