Financial Controller

Your new role
Number one role in Finance, reporting direct to the MD. Responsible for all aspects of the Finance function of this expanding business. Production of monthly management accounts & variance analysis. Annual financial accounts. Budgets & forecasts. Managing & developing a small Finance team. VAT & CIS returns. Payroll. Financial analysis. Finance business partnering. Key member of senior management team. Oversee all commercial decisions. Review current IT system and lead implementation project of chosen system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) from the construction sector because of specialist skills required. However, if you are an outstanding Financial Controller willing & able to move into this sector, my client would be happy to consider your details. Either way, you will need to be technically strong, able to be hands-on as well as commercially driven.
