Following a Recent Acquisition this expanding Accountancy Practice based in High Wycombe, Bucks have an excellent opening for an Outsourcing Supervisor to join their Business Services Division. The Department has increased in size in the past twelve months and as a result they now require an Outsourcing Supervisor to work closely with the Directors to help review work, manage workflow and liaise with clients and colleagues and be the Digital Solutions Expert.
Key responsibilities of the Outsourcing Supervisor include:
- Review of Management Accounts and VAT returns
- Manage a team of Assistants/Trainees (UK based)
- Manage workflow
- Dealing with client queries
- Attend Digital Conferences and be the Firms Digital Solutions Champion
The ideal Outsourcing Supervisor will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role and working within tight deadlines
- Have had previous experience of Training/managing individuals
- Exceptional client handling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A determined and confident approach
- A proactive attitude, new ideas and the ability to grow with the position.
- Ability to cross-sell Digital Solutions
Ideally you will be a Part/Qualified Accountant with previous accountancy practice and supervisory experience and in return you will receive a salary between £45k-£60k + Discretionary Bonus. The firm does operate Hybrid Working
