Marks Sattin is delighted to working with a multinational company based in Manchester to assist them with their recruitment for an Accounts Payable professional to join the Finance team on a 9 month FTC. The role will be based at their office in Manchester City Centre.
About the role:
The Accounts Payable role involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments, manage expenses, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Manages the day-to-day management of all AP activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties will include:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices (using OCR)
- Analyze and minimize unmatched records and chase through queries
- Process, reconcile and report on Inter-Company vendors
- Develop and maintain working relationships with both internal and external teams.
About you:
You'll ideally have the following skills and experience:
- AAT Qualified
- Experience within an SSC environment
- Experience in using SAP
- Excellent Excel skills (including vlookups and pivot tables)
