Your new company
My client is one of the largest not for profit care home providers in the country which operates across four distinct regions. Their sole purpose is to provide the best possible care to those who live with them - some of the most vulnerable people in society. The Trust's charity status means that they are regulated not only by the Care Quality Commission, an independent regulator, but also by the Charities Commission, a government body ensuring that all the Trust does is for public benefit. It also means that any profit is re-invested in the care that they provide, the people who provide it, and in improving their buildings which are their residents' homes. They have no shareholders and so pay no dividends.

Your new role
Responsible to the Deputy Finance Director for the financial and commercial performance of three regions in collaboration with the relevant Regional Directors (RDs). The Deputy Head of Operational Finance provides finance leadership in the regions in a challenging operational environment and is responsible for the
financial and commercial performance of the regions in line with agreed organisational practices. Working closely with the Head of Operational Finance and Regional Finance Managers to support the development of an effective Business Partnering structure.
