This position assists senior globally mobile associates with certain benefits such as retirement, death, and disability to help them to understand the benefits they are entitled to. It involves managing the calculations and payments of these benefits from the different countries where they were obtained to another country where the associate may decide to retire. Due to the number of variations obtainable, this position has a high level of complexity thus making perspective and attention to detail essential.
We are looking for:
- Experience within the field of benefits with a working knowledge of pensions.
- Able to work in a stand-alone role and confidently engage business partners globally.
- Able to research and recognize solutions independent of own knowledge.
- Able to concisely and accurately communicate complex ideas to a range of individuals with differing levels of pension knowledge in a professional and timely fashion.
- Able to stimulate confidence, trust and influence at all levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support individual benefit commitments for senior associates.
- Co-ordination and production of benefit calculations and technical support for international benefits.
- Leading ad-hoc projects to operate administrative and transformational efficiency and manage legislation changes.
- Maintaining and enhancing the account of the International Benefits Team.
- Managing relationships with advisors such as legal and financial, examining and managing the performance of this work.
- Maintaining or acquiring the information required to be able to provide bespoke individual tax advice when paying benefits.
