Your new company is an international charity based in Manchester, who are recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their finance team due to the current post holder leaving the organisation. Your new role

As a Finance Assistant you will work as part of a team assisting with the financial administration of the organisation. You will be processing a high volume of transactions, assisting with recording and coding of donations, analysing budgets, assisting with the audit process, and contributing towards preparation of monthly management accounts.

What you'll need to succeed

Versatility is a key aspect of this role as you will be completing a wide range of duties and working collaboratively with a range of colleagues/external stakeholders as well as autonomously. Previous experience of managing budgets and developing internal processes and systems is desirable however, experience in a transactional accounting role is essential and you will be keen to expand your finance and systems knowledge.
