Accounts Payable Clerk

Halliday Marx have partnered with an National Property organisation to recruit for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited too;

• Processing incoming invoices (Matching and Coding) inline with company policy
• Dealing with staff expenses
• Dealing with all incoming queries and managing the AP inbox
• Accurate preparation of weekly payment runs
• Assist the reconciliations (Bank, supplier and balance sheet)
• Adhoc duties as instructed by the AP Manager

The successful candidate will;

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines
• Strong team player
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
